Easy Return & Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or an unboxing video if Items must be unused and in original packaging.

We will be happy to arrange:

• Or a refund if replacement is not available

For hygiene and spiritual integrity reasons, opened consumable items (such as dhoop sticks or diya batti) are non-returnable.
